Its Corporate and Institutional Banking segment offers lending products, such as secured and unsecured loans, letters of credit, and equipment leases; and treasury management services, including cash and investment management, receivables management, disbursement and funds transfer, information reporting, and trade services. This segment also provides commercial loan servicing, technology solutions, and real estate advisory services; and capital markets-related products and services comprising foreign exchange, derivatives, loan syndications, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and related services. The company's Asset Management Group segment offers wealth management products and services consisting of investment and retirement planning, customized investment management, private banking, tailored credit solutions, and trust management and administration services; and institutional asset management services. Its Residential Mortgage Banking segment provides residential mortgage loans; and Non-Strategic Assets Portfolio segment offers consumer residential mortgage and brokered home equity loans, as well as commercial loans and leases. The company's BlackRock segment provides investment management, market risk management, enterprise investment system, and financial markets advisory services. It serves corporations, government and not-for-profit entities, middle-market companies, and institutional and retail clients through its branch network, call centers, online banking, and mobile channels. The company operates a network of 2,881 branches and 7,282 ATMs in Washington, D.C., as well as in 17 states. The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. was founded in 1922 and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
